Frozen S’mores WW Dessert

  • 12 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 box (1.4 oz.) sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups fat-free skim milk
  • 6 oz. fat-free Cool Whip

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar-free chocolate pudding mix with the fat-free skim milk. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. Line an 8×10 baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends over the edges for easy removal later. Spread the thickened pudding mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. Place the baking pan with the pudding mixture in the freezer for about 1 hour or until the pudding is frozen solid.
  4. Once the pudding is frozen, spread the fat-free Cool Whip evenly over the frozen pudding layer.
  5. Return the baking pan to the freezer and freeze until the Cool Whip layer is also frozen solid.
  6. Break the graham cracker sheets into 48 pieces. Arrange 24 pieces evenly over the top of the frozen Cool Whip layer.
  7. Carefully invert the baking pan onto a flat surface, placing a baking sheet over the pan before flipping to ensure easy removal. Remove the parchment paper from the top of the pudding layer.
  8. Arrange the remaining 24 graham cracker pieces over the exposed pudding layer.
  9. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the layered dessert into 24 equal-sized pieces.
  10. Serve immediately, or store the frozen s’mores in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
