Easy 3-Ingredient Weight Watchers Lemon Cake


  • 15.25 ounces lemon cake mix (1 box) (LOW CARB)
  • 5.3 ounces lemon Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional Vanilla Glaze:
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease the inside of a bundt pan and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, lemon Greek yogurt, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Then, carefully turn the cake out onto a serving plate.
  6. Cut the cake into 12 slices.
  7. Optional Vanilla Glaze: 7. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
