Cheesy Almond Delight Keto Pizza


  • 5 oz Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 10 oz Mozzarella Cheese


  1. Start by melting the 10 oz of Mozzarella Cheese in the microwave.
  2. Once melted, add the egg to the cheese and mix thoroughly using a mixer.
  3. Incorporate the Almond Flour and Baking Powder into the mixture, continuing to mix until well combined.
  4. Knead the mixture together to form a dough.
  5. Sprinkle Almond Flour on Parchment Paper to prevent stickiness, place the dough on it, and shape it into a ball.
  6. Flatten the dough between two sheets of Parchment Paper and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a pizza crust.
  7. Once the crust is formed, add your preferred sauce, cheese, and pepperonis.
  8. Bake the pizza at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes, adjusting the time based on the desired thickness of the crust.
  9. For a crispier crust, consider baking at a higher heat, such as 400 degrees.
  10. The cook recommends using Mezzetta Marinara Sauce because it’s no sugar added and Non-GMO.
