BBQ Chicken Crust Delight


  • 1 can chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza toppings of your choice (for example: sugar-free BBQ, cheddar, jalapeño, bacon)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Drain all the liquid from the can of chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, egg, and chicken. Season the mixture as desired.
  4. Put the chicken mixture onto a pan covered in parchment paper.
  5. Shape and flatten the crust to your liking, ensuring it’s fairly even.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and add toppings of your choice.
  8. Return to the oven long enough to melt the cheese on top, approximately 5 minutes.
  9. Enjoy 🎉 your delicious chicken crust pizza!
